Real estate group CBRE announced the completion of the first phase of construction of the Westridge Park office concept in December. The three-story office complex is located in Las Colinas at 1410 N. Westridge Circle, Irving, and it includes 34,000 square feet of leasable space. The contemporary-style office includes wood and glass architecture and patio space, and it is operated by T2V Properties.

“Westridge Park is a unique new opportunity that provides innovative, relevant and flexible office space in a key location with quality design and growth potential,” CBRE Vice President Nanci Johnson-Plump said in a news release.

CBRE expects to break ground on Phase 2 of construction this summer. It will include a fitness center, a cafe, covered parking and conference room space, according to the developer.
