Granite Park officials in late July released new renderings of The Boardwalk at Granite Park, a waterside concept bringing restaurants to the development on the southeast corner of SH 121 and the Dallas North Tollway.

The 30,000-square-foot building will be home to six restaurants and construction is expected to be complete in November.

Granite officials said the entrance to the development will open to fountains leading to an expansive boardwalk with a fire pit, which is set to be built over the existing water feature between The Boardwalk and the Hilton Plano Granite Park hotel.

“We are really excited to bring this waterside concept to Granite Park,” Granite Properties President and Chief Operating Officer Greg Fuller said. “The Boardwalk will be home to six restaurants new to the area and complement the other five restaurants in the park.”

The restaurants will feature large outdoor patios overlooking the boardwalk and the water, Granite Park officials said. There will be an adult area and a children’s play area along the boardwalk.

Granite Park officials said they will have restaurants to announce in the near future.
