St. Patrick’s Day Bash
The 10th annual St. Patrick’s Day Bash at the Fillmore Pub, 1004 E. 15th St., Plano, will coincide with the start of the 2017 Live and Local series at McCall Plaza. This free event begins at 4 p.m. and includes live music, giveaways, party favors, drink specials and Irish food. McCall Plaza will also be roped off as a beer garden. The event will be family friendly until sunset. Happiness Wall
Monday is the International Day of Happiness. The Shops at Willow Bend, 6121 W. Park Blvd., is celebrating two days early with a happiness wall in the Grand Court from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Attendees are invited to write how they share happiness on a sticky note and add it to the wall. For every sticky note posted, $1 will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Collin County. This free event also includes dance performances, music, art activities for kids and free giveaways. Super Science: St. Patrick’s Day

From 2-3 p.m., children should bring their favorite book from home or choose one from the library and read it to a Heart of Texas Therapy Dog.
