A new 6-acre park is now open at Sweetwater Ridge in Conroe, LGI Homes, Inc. confirmed in an April 24 news release.

The $3 million private park has a children’s playground, splash pad, two dog parks, an 18-hole disc golf course, a fishing lake and a pavilion with picnic tables. The park is also surrounded by walking trails, according to the news release.
