Officials with Kelsey-Seybold Clinic will open a new 36,000-square-foot clinic in the Upper Kirby District at 3102 Kirby Drive, Houston.
The building on Kirby Drive formerly housed a Bed Bath & Beyond, one of 10 locations that closed after the company filed for bankruptcy in April.
The Kelsey-Seybold clinic will accommodate up to 18 providers, who will offer a range of services related to internal medicine, family medicine and pediatrics. Specialty services will include dermatology, pulmonology, endocrinology, orthopedics and optometry.
Patients will also be able to access an on-site pharmacy, laboratory and radiology services at the Upper Kirby site, and will have access to Kelsey-Seybold's referral network for specialists at nearby locations. Services at the nearby Berthelsen Main Campus—located at 2727 Holcombe Blvd., Houston—include ambulatory surgery and cancer centers.
