Clear Creek ISD, which has been closed since Feb. 15 due to the winter storm, will remain closed through Feb. 18.
"While temperatures have increased, a large portion of our community remains without power, including several CCISD schools," a CCISD press release reads.
In addition to the closing of campuses, there will be no remote learning Feb. 17-18. This will allow families and staff to take care of themselves during this crisis, according to the release.
CCISD will continue to monitor the weather and provide updates.
