The Sunset Valley Police Department reported April 15 a string of local car burglaries over the past week.

According to the department, they believe a suspect has been pulling door handles of unlocked cars to get inside. The department recommends residents lock their cars at all times.

Suspicious activities should be called into the police department by dialing 911, according to the city.
