Development firm ZIF Capital in early January broke ground on Alder, a new townhome community that is set to open in the Oak Hill area this fall.

Located at 6821 Wolf Creek Pass in Southwest Austin, the future community will include 22 townhouse units. Each unit is freestanding like a single-family home and includes a small yard that is maintained by the community’s management team, according to a news release by Brandon Miller Group, which is handling marketing and sales for the group.

Alder will also include an amenity area with a dog park, garden, trail and a community fire pit with seating, according to the release.

Townhomes at Alder went on sale in December, with prices beginning at $540,000. All units include three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and ranging between 1,828 and 2,224 square feet. 512-778-2111. www.alderaustin.com
