A Firestone Service Center is coming to the under construction Ledge Stone Commercial development at 235 Ledge Stone Drive.

Dripping Springs City Council on March 10 approved a site-development plan for a 3.07-acre section of the commercial project located along Hwy. 290 between Ledge Stone Drive and Four Star Boulevard. The plan includes the construction of an about 6,600-square-foot building, driveways and a parking lot with 33 spots, with a project area totaling 29,637 square feet.

The Firestone Service Center will be built next to a future Jiffy Lube, which has been proposed by a different applicant for the same commercial development, according to city documents. A timeline for the project was not presented.
