On Aug.12, Austin Municipal Court will change its hours of operation and relocate the North Customer Service Center.
What's new
Per a release, the new operating hours of Austin Municipal Court's main location within the Bergstrom Tech Center will be:
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
- 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday
- Civil parking hearings will be available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day
What else?
The North Customer Service Center will move from 12425 Lamplight Village Ave., Austin to a new building across the street at 2121 W. Parmer Ln., Ste. 116, Austin.
The new location will continue to serve as an in-person, walk-in method for paying or contesting parking citations.
Operating hours will be from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

“We have updated our operating hours and North Customer Service Center location to ensure that the Court makes efficient use of resources while honoring our commitment to provide fair and prompt service to individuals interacting with our department,” Municipal Court Clerk Mary Jane Grubb said.
