From Austin to Bastrop, there are plenty of Valentine-themed events to attend this year.

Singing Valentines

A Capella Texas and Panoramic Voices will offer Singing Valentines to those in the Austin area. The barbershop quartet will go to the recipient's home or business and sing to them, deliver a Valentine's Day card and personalized message, and give them a long-stemmed rose—with the option for additional roses available.

Puppy Love Party

The pet-themed event will raise money for Austin Humane Society. Complimentary Valentine's Day pet photos from dogtographer Sarah DeRemer will be available as well as treats for both pets and people. Those planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP online.

Galentine's Party

Those attending can participate in board games, such as Clueless and Girl Talk, while sipping on craft cocktails and listening to a live DJ. Other available activities will include a DIY friendship bracelet bar as well as pop-up markets offering manicures, nail art and permanent jewelry.

Can Buy Me Love

A Valentine's Market at Hotel San Jose will offer live music by Son Fjord while those attending can browse local vendors selling wares such as ceramics, jewelry, candles and more. The lounge area will offer cheese and chocolate specials.

Valentine's Pop-Up Show

Local vendors will be on site for those attending to peruse in addition to drink specials, giveaways, food and more.

Sweetheart Dance

The Lumberyard Music Hall will host a dance party, accompanied by Bastrop's Main Street American Swing Band. Light snacks and nonalcoholic beverages will be available at the BYOB event.

Red Haute: 'Love, Audrey'

Organized by the Women’s Symphony League, the Valentine’s Day luncheon and children’s fashion show will benefit the Austin Symphony Orchestra. Snacks inspired by Audrey Hepburn's movies will be served during the fashion show, with raffles and games also available.
