Opened in mid-September, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop offers specialty and traditional dumplings in addition to build-your-own bowls.

Owner Alex Liebert said some of the best-selling specialty dumplings include the macaroni and cheese, and the Korean barbecue beef.

Traditional dumplings include pork and cabbage, chicken teriyaki, and kale and vegetables.

Available sides include rice, edamame, fries, sweet sesame salad, lo mein noodles and crispy protein bites.
