A new food truck serving hand rolls, sashimi and small plates called Little Nishi opened in the Bouldin Creek neighborhood in late September.

On the menu

Little Nishi offers temaki—Japanese for “hand rolls,” sashimi and small plates.

The menu includes 17 unique hand rolls, such as the Avocado with peached miso and crispy shallots; the Sake with Atlantic salmon, toasted sesame and nikiri, a sweet soy sauce; the Kappa with cucumber, shiso, Japanese mayo and togarashi, a Japanese spice blend; and more.

The small plates include roasted chili edamame, chicken karaage with wasabi honey and fresh herbs, panko pork belly, and more.
