Those visiting downtown this summer can now find a new place to cool off. The Swim Club, a social club and pool experience, is now open at the Downright Austin hotel.

The historic pool has turned social club, according to news release from the hotel. Guests will find options to swim, dine and dance. The food and cocktail menu features "excess and escapist energy of the 1980s," according to the release.

Day passes cost $10 per person and include access to lounge chairs, towel service, Wi-Fi, parking validation, as well as food and drinks available for purchase.

Patrons may visit the Swim Club Sunday-Thursday 11 a.m.-midnight, and Friday-Saturday 11-2a.m. Those interested can make reservations on the Downright Austin website.
