Aguas Con Amor, located at 408 N. Main St. behind Hair Haus, is owned by Mary Hernandez with her husband Alex Hernandez.
The beverage truck—which is a sister truck to Tejas Birria—serves from-scratch aguas frescas and fruit cups. Aguas Con Amor also sells strawberry and cream, lime and pineapple paletas—otherwise known as ice pops—and serves birria on the weekends.
Mary Hernandez said they love Buda's community.
"Being able to be part of the community here, and just serving everyone is kind of like a dream of ours," Mary said.
She also said they are looking to expand their offerings in the future to include Mexican snacks, nachos, hot dogs and more sweets.
