Freaky Findz, a small business owned by husband and wife duo Dean Gibson and Marta Knapp-Gibson is moving into the former Paper Bear storefront this fall.

The shop was previously located in New Braunfels before closing at the end of January. Marta said their lease was up and their rent would have increased "dramatically," so they decided to see what options were available in San Marcos.

"We're excited because we get a lot of customers from Austin as well so it's a little bit closer for them, a lot from Seguin, and we're hoping that people from New Braunfels or San Antonio will have no issues with driving to San Marcos," Marta said.

Freaky Findz sells collectible masks, jewelry, costumes, masks, wigs, theatrical makeup, gag gifts and more.
