The apartment complex—previously managed by Asset Living—is now managed by The Preiss Company.
Green Spring Apartments offers one bedroom and one bathroom units as well as two bedroom and two bathroom units, which are equipped with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, walk-in closets, private patios and balconies.
Area Property Manager Jessica Ginestra said they are exploring the idea of offering more "student-centered" amenities, such as bulk-wifi services, smart package lockers and electronic locks.
"A plan for phase 2 of the property could potentially feature a rooftop terrace and communal space," Ginestra said in an email to Community Impact.
Green Spring apartments also plans on adding a furniture package to their current offerings, with both furnished and unfurnished options available for immediate move-in or beginning in August.
Ginestra said The Preiss Company prides themselves on making communities a place where residents can thrive.
"We're excited to bring new things to both our current and future residents and we are happy to be a part of the [Texas State] off-campus community," Ginestra said.
