The inn was owned by Kathy Dillon and her husband, Mike Dillon, since 1984 before it changed ownership on Oct. 29.
The new owners are locals Eric L'Etoile and Corley L'Etoile. The L'Etoile's plan on changing the inn's name and making renovations to the inside and upgrading its rooms.
