Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill, a casual-style restaurant known for serving a variety of authentic Southwestern cuisine, will expand to the Round Rock market this November with a location anchoring the first phase of the Diamond 79 commercial development, according to listing agent Frances Crossley. Founded in Cedar Park in 2012 by co-owners Carlos Manzano and Santos Garcia, the restaurant has since expanded with two additional locations in Leander and Georgetown.

The restaurant and bar will anchor the shopping center, Crossley said, and occupy a 5,463-square-foot space in the development located at 2980 Joe DiMaggio Blvd., Round Rock, with an additional 850 square feet of patio dining.
