Blue Corn Harvest Bar & Grill, a casual-style restaurant known for serving a variety of authentic Southwestern cuisine, is slated to open a Round Rock location in mid-December. Founded in Cedar Park in 2012 by co-owners Carlos Manzano and Santos Garcia, the restaurant has since expanded with two additional locations in Leander and Georgetown.
Brooke is an education reporter covering Bastrop, Hutto and Round Rock ISDs, as well as development in the greater Austin area. She joined Community Impact in May 2021. Her last name is pronounced “Show-burg.” When she's not working, Brooke is with the loves of her life, her dogs Doc Holliday and Milo.
