UPDATED Nov. 8, 9:47 a.m.: Unofficial poll numbers show one incumbent and three newcomers winning the four open seats on the Round Rock ISD board of trustees.
According to unofficial voting results from Travis and Williamson counties, Amber Feller took the lead for Place 3 while Cory Renee Vessa won Place 4, Amy Weir was elected to Place 5 and incumbent Steven E. Math won Place 6 on the board.
Place 3 is the only seat without an incumbent in the race after Diane Cox announced she would not run for re-election. Feller ran against Danielle Weston and won with 50.4 percent of the total votes.
Incumbent Edward Hanna faced Stuart Litwin, David G. Schmidt and Vessa for Place 4. Vessa won with 32.44 percent of the vote followed by Schmidt with 31.54 percent.
Weir unseated incumbent Suzi David for Place 5 with 72.21 percent of the total vote.
Incumbent Math faced Ching Choy and Jarrad Brenek for Place 6. Math received 42.03 percent of the vote followed by Choy with 39.66 percent.
Due to voting machine glitches and paper ballots yet to be counted, final results from Williamson County were delayed until Wednesday evening. The county is still counting approximately 114 ballots from one voting machine and provisional ballots, which will be reviewed by the ballot board next week.
