Construction has started on a Dutch Bros. Coffee at 90 Chris Kelley Blvd., Hutto. The double lane drive-thru coffee shop is expected to open in September, according to Dave Burggraaf, managing director at Evergreen Commercial Real Estate. Dutch Bros.
