219-home single-family rental community coming to Hutto

Adding to the diversity of housing options in the rapidly growing city of Hutto, officials have approved a new 219-home community to move forward.

Citing staffing issues, Chick-fil-A location in Pflugerville temporarily closes dine-in, curbside service



In an early morning video released to social media Aug. 22, Kirk Thompson, owner and operator of the Chick-fil-A location at 18617 Limestone Commercial Drive, Pflugerville, in the Stone Hill Town Center, stated the restaurant is temporarily halting some services due to staffing issues.

Central Austin

Austin's Fareground to reopen to the public Sept. 7

Austin's first food hall, Fareground, will reopen to the public Sept. 7 at 111 Congress Ave., Austin.

The food hall, which has been closed due to the pandemic since March 17, 2020, will feature six eateries.

Georgetown

Convenience store TXB Market & Fuel Center now open in Georgetown

The store will offer fresh food, such as tacos and tenders prepared on-site as well as locally sourced products, such as water, tea and beef jerky.
