Unofficial May 6 election results show Chevonne Lorigo-Johst has won the seat for Pflugerville ISD board of trustees Place 7 with 1,558 votes, or 49.09%.

Lorigo-Johst defeated challengers Brian Allen, who garnered 1,024 votes, and Agha Ahmed, who received 592 votes.

“I am celebrating a really great job done by our community and the team that helped put together our campaign,” Lorigo-Johst said. “I look forward to working with everybody ... to make PfISD as strong as it can be and to continue to advocate with the state on behalf of PfISD. I am incredibly thankful to my husband and family as well.”

Early voting results for the May 6 Pflugerville ISD board of trustees election have Chevonne Lorigo-Johst in the lead for Place 7 with 987 votes, or 49.15%.

The next highest vote-getter is Brian Allen with 671, followed by Agha Ahmed with 350.

None of the three candidates are incumbents for Place 7, but Allen has served in Place 5 since last May when trustee Alissa Molina resigned. Previous Place 7 trustee Cindy Gee is not seeking re-election.

Places 5 and 6 are also on the ballot, but only one candidate filed for each—Kelly Daniel for Place 5 and incumbent Jean Mayer for Place 6.
