Potbelly Sandwich Works recently signed a lease with NewQuest to open a new location within Townwest Commons in Hutto.

The fast-casual restaurant, which will be located next to Hooky Entertainment, offers a variety of sub sandwiches, including prime rib steak, chicken salad, meatball and pork barbecue options. Potbelly is expected to open in tandem with Basil & Bites, another restaurant planned for the development.
