Basil & Bites, a new restaurant owned by Phen T. Diep, plans to open in Hutto later this year.
The restaurant will offer Vietnamese cuisine with a Texas twist. The business will be located outside of the new Hooky entertainment venue.
Diep also owns Broth & Basil in the Stone Hill Town Center in Pflugerville.
