A new Jersey Mike's location is on its way to Chris Kelley Boulevard in Hutto. The sandwich shop will be located in the same strip as the recently opened Take 5 Oil Change and Dutch Bros Coffee. Franchise owner Josh Kuebler said he expects to break ground before the end of the year, after which it will be six to 10 months before the restaurant is ready to open. Jersey Mike's is a New Jersey-based chain that serves custom-made sub sandwiches with an assortment of toppings and ingredients.
