The food truck, located in The Hippo Escape food-truck park in Hutto, serves a variety of Mediterranean and Indian food. The menu includes chicken shawarma wraps, falafel wraps, lamb shawarma wraps and rice platters. The thrift and consignment shop sells kids' clothing, shoes, toy, books, baby gear, maternity clothing and a variety of other items. Owned by Stephannie and Steven Trudeau, the business plans to host a variety of in-store events, such as weekly story times, shopping events and other activities. Tiny Texan Exchange also offers kids’ tables and chairs for rent, while the space is available for hosting small gatherings, such as baby showers.Regional Implant Centers

Burger Snobs recently moved to a new location in downtown Hutto. The food truck offers a variety of gourmet smash burgers, with a menu featuring a pastrami and swiss smash burger reuben, a smoked brisket smash burger, a jalapeno bacon and swiss burger, and a classic smash burger. After recently relocating, the vape shop closed its doors in Hutto last month.The shop sold vaping, CBD and hemp products. The business relocated in April, taking over the space formerly occupied by Mary’s Mountain Cookies.
