Prost Alehouse Texas recently opened in downtown Pflugerville, offering a variety of craft beers brewed in house.

With 24 rotating taps, the brewery also offers fine wines and nonalcoholic beverages. The Prost Alehouse food menu includes street tacos, burgers, hot dogs and snacks, such as Bavarian pretzels, elote bowls and tater tots. The brewing is led by Head Brewer Kevin Decoud, who has held the same role for multiple breweries throughout Texas.
