Chicken Salad Shoppe in early August opened its first dine-in location inside the Furniture Mall of Texas, located at 12901 N. I-35, Bldg. 3, Ste. 300, Austin. The restaurant, started by local catering company Vanilla Orchid Catering, offers a menu of diverse chicken salad flavors in sandwiches and wraps, such as a thai peanut banh mi chicken salad.
