Hawaiian-Asian fusion seafood restaurant Salty Cargo in late April opened a new food trailer at North Austin's Celis Brewery, located at 10001 Metric Blvd., Austin. According to an April 27 news release, Salty Cargo serves poke, tori katsu, Hawaiian-style pork ribs and more out of this food tailer location.

Salty Cargo has one other location inside Hana World Market off Parmer Lane in Northwest Austin. www.saltycargo.com
