Home prices increased year-over-year in all six ZIP codes in Northwest Austin for the month of October, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

The organization's latest real estate report also showed the number of homes sold was down nearly 10% in Northwest Austin for the same month while the median home price increased to $425,500.
