Doors open at 5 p.m. From wood oven-baked flatbreads and salads, to steaks and seafood, Del Frisco’s Grille is the newest addition to Del Frisco's Restaurant Group. Other concepts by the Southlake-based company include Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House and Sullivan's Steakhouse. Having grown to 18 restaurants in 10 states since it was introduced more than three years ago, the restaurant serves brunch, lunch and dinner items, as well as an extensive beer and cocktail menu with 250 different types of wine. "New York City was the first and uptown in Dallas followed shortly thereafter," said General Manager Stephen Wright. "We have four more slotted [for] this year and [possibly] eight to 10 slated for next year." [g-slider gid="74236" width="100%" height="55%"] Restaurant specialties include prime beef stroganoff, roasted corn bisque and two-fisted sandwiches like the lamb burger, which comes topped with roasted tomato, arugula and tzatziki sauce. Appetizers include house-baked pretzels, Ahi tacos and cheesesteak egg rolls. Guests visiting for Sunday brunch can try the bananas foster French toast, red velvet Belgian waffles or crab cake benedict complete with poached eggs, asparagus, toasted focaccia and Cajun lobster sauce.
