Milestone Community Builders Surveys that neighboring residents and interested parties filled out in regards to development at the property along Bull Creek Road showed that responders would prefer high density options on the west side of the project and low density on the east side. These two levels of density would blend and mix along the middle of the project.[/caption] The team behind a planned development along Bull Creek Road is preparing to reveal site plans after receiving community feedback. Milestone Community Builders asked residents that are neighbors of the site or interested in the future of the development to take a survey and provide feedback on what they would like to see created. The results of the survey were revealed during a community meeting Feb. 11. With more than 2,500 responses, the majority of responders identified themselves as residents of the Rosedale neighborhood. Garrett Martin, president and CEO of Milestone Community Builders, said the survey showed him people are generally okay with high density on the site closest to Bull Creek Road but want to see very minimal density and a focus on open, natural spaces along the creek. Because of the responses, Martin and his partners from Norris Design created a density gradient showing the west side of the project with highest density and the east side of the project with minimum densityand a blend of the two in the middle. Actual development plans have not yet been solidified, but Martin said he intends to share a plan with those interested at another community meeting in late March. A date and time for the meeting has no yet been set.
