Subdivision to include 19 lots
Scenic View, a high-end subdivision near Westlake Drive and Capital of Texas Hwy., received approval from Travis County Commissioners Court on Aug. 19.
The 19-lot subdivision will have entrances on Scenic View Drive and Gallant Drive and is situated on 75 acres.
The gated community plans will go to the city of Austin for review and final platting, which is expected by the end of the year, according to development team Kam Kronenberg of Covey Capital Partners and Luis Jauregui of Jauregui Properties.
The subdivision has been in the works since early 2013, and improvements are scheduled to begin in early 2015. Lots are planned for release this fall.
