California-based financial analysis company Nerd Wallet, using its "Back-to-School Jeans Index," has determined Round Rock has the best back-to-school jeans prices in the country.
The company compared the average price of boys jeans with the median household income in 166 cities throughout the U.S. The results show how many pairs of boys jeans the median household income could buy with its entire yearly income.
Round Rock rose to the top of the list. The average pair of jeans in the city costs $14.40, according to the study. Therefore, the median household income in Round Rock of $70,896 would be able to purchase 4,923 pairs of denims, the study shows.
