Vintage Park leasing manager Dunhill Partners has announced The Ivy League and The Luxury Shirt Company have both signed leases within Vintage Park and could be open by sometime in August.

Ben White, vice president of leasing for Dunhill Partners, said The Ivy League sells high-end shirts, apparel and fashion accessories while also offering tailoring. The men's retailer signed a 1,300-square-foot lease in Building C between Haddad Jewelers and Oh Honey.

The Luxury Shirt Company also sells high-end men's apparel, mainly shirts, including distinctive European style shirts imported from outside the U.S. However the retailer does not offer tailoring, White said. The retailer signed a 2,100-square-foot lease in Building E between the recently expanded Lone Star Tobacco and B. de Vine Interior Design, which opened in March.

Although Vintage Park houses several apparel retailers, White said the two new tenants will be the first men's apparel retailers within the development.

"We don't have any now, [and] we're thrilled to be bringing these people on," White said. "Noble Energy is coming in right across from the highway and oil and gas companies are primarily [employed by] men. It's a good addition, because all of those people have a place to shop to get their business attire."

The development is 343,000 square feet, White said. With the two additions, Vintage Park is about 89 percent occupied.

He said other announcements within Vintage Park could be on the horizon soon. The property also houses a pad site, which could feature a medical building, restaurant or possibly a hotel in the future, White said.
