Houston-based Hamburger franchise Fuddruckers will open a restaurant at the Shops at the Galleria, 12815 Shops Parkway, Ste. 100, Bee Cave, in mid-December, said Cherie Otto, Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurant real estate analyst.

"They're going to add another Class A restaurant to our lineup of excellent restaurants," said Controller Justin Chung of Christopher Commercial Inc., property manager for Shops at the Galleria. "I see [Fuddruckers] being a great place to bring your family for an affordable meal."

Fuddruckers currently has two Austin-area locations in Lakeline and Round Rock.
