City Council meetings changed

Because of conflicting events with Texas Night Out and the November general election, the Colleyville City Council changed the dates for two of its regularly scheduled meetings.

• Meeting scheduled for Oct. 2 has been changed to Oct. 1
• Meeting scheduled for Nov. 6 has been changed to Nov. 5

To promote crime prevention and safety and increase participation, the city has combined Texas Night Out with the Police Department and Fire Departments' softball game into one citywide event Oct. 2 at City Park.
