The closure will detour traffic from West San Antonio Street to South Hickory Avenue, directing traffic to Cross Street, down Walnut Avenue and back to West San Antonio Street, according to a New Braunfels Utilities press release.
Businesses and residents will still have access to the area during the closure, but vehicular traffic should expect barriers. There will be detour routes posted.
The repairs are expected to be completed as scheduled, dependent on weather.
