Appointments are required and can be arranged online or by calling 512-883-2400.
Patients will be screened for the following symptoms before an appointment can be made: fever, chills, cough, fatigue, body aches, muscle or joint pain, shortness of breath, sore throat, headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, nasal congestion, or loss of taste or smell.
The mobile testing center is operated by the Texas Division of Emergency Management and Texas Department of State Health Services, with coordination from Comal County and the city of Garden Ridge.
A mix of Texas National Guard soldiers, medical professionals and support staff will run the testing center.
Comal ISD previously hosted one of the mobile centers at Canyon High School in New Braunfels on April 30, and a mobile center visited Schertz on April 22 and tested 43 patients.
Between 50 and 60 people are expected to be tested in Garden Ridge on Monday, according to a press release from Comal County.
