Applications for the city of New Braunfels Charter Review Commission are now available.
What residents need to know
Applications for the seven-member, City Council-appointed board opened Aug. 28. The charter review commission will review the city charter and submit recommended changes to the City Council.
All applications must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Sept. 18. City Council will review all applications and make their appointments. Individuals appointed to serve on the commission will be required to complete one hour of training on the Texas Open Meetings Act, according to a news release.
