The coffee drive-thru, which is located on the Beyond Blessed Salon & Boutique property, was previously home to Wicked Voodoo Espresso.
The coffee stand is now owned by Johnny and Falon Aguirre, who also own Mexican restaurant New Braunfels Tortilleria. Coffee on the Knox has an assortment of iced, blended and hot coffee along with Red Bull Energizer drinks. Aside from coffee, Coffee on the Knox also offers tacos, scones and bagels.
The husband-and-wife duo noted they are still using coffee from Wicked Voodoo, but are adding more signature drinks.
" ... We're just excited to add our own flavors and things like that to it," Falon said.
