Dirt continues to turn at Caso Santa Rita Ranch—a new rental home community in Liberty Hill—as construction is now just months away from completion.

Located within the Santa Rita Ranch master-planned neighborhood, the new subdivision will offer 170 single family rental homes once fully built out, said Kate Martinez, a representative of the community’s management company. Work on Caso Santa Rita Ranch began in January 2022.

The homes' rental rates run between $2,500-$2,900 per month, Martinez said, with three- to four-bedroom floor plans ranging between 1,392-1,912 square feet.

Residents of the rental community have access to all Santa Rita Ranch neighborhood amenities, which include a pool and splash park, trails, parks, a clubhouse and a wellness barn.


Also of note

Caso Leander, a similar concept as Caso Santa Rita Ranch, broke ground in January near QuikTrip at US 183 & 183A Toll.

Upon full buildout, Caso Leander will have 70 duplexes and 123 single family rental homes. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center and a pool.

While rent prices have yet to be established, Martinez said the range will be similar to Caso Santa Rita Ranch.

“Renters have always been bound to living in an apartment, where this is opening up [an] opportunity to be in a home, where they may have not even been able to imagine having their own single family home,” Martinez said.

Looking ahead

Construction on Caso Santa Rita Ranch is expected to reach completion in June. As of Feb. 8, the community has 87 occupied homes, Martinez said.


Caso Leander, on the other hand, is scheduled for a spring 2027 competition date.
