Additions and renovations to Deerpark Middle School in Round Rock ISD, a refresh of the Yeti headquarters building and a new donut shop in Austin are among the five most expensive projects filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in the metro this week.
Aalo Advanced Manufacturing
This project involves renovating an existing 204,350-square-foot one-story warehouse to provide lab, machine shop and production floor space for Aalo Atomics Advanced Manufacturing.

Deerpark Middle School Additions & Renovations
Renovations will be taking place at Deerpark Middle School, located in Round Rock ISD. Renovations include a fine arts and classroom addition at the main building, restroom and storage addition at the athletics field and miscellaneous interior renovations.

Yeti HQ Refresh
The Yeti headquarters building in Austin will undergo a renovation including interior demolition of non-structural elements. This will comprise of interior partitions, doors, finishes, ceilings, lighting, mechanical and electrical outlets and switches.

UT Austin President's Office Renovation
This project involves renovating the main suite to serve as the temporary President’s Office during the main building restoration. The scope of the project includes interior finish upgrades, lighting, security systems, restroom and break room improvements.

Smiling Donuts
A new Smiling Donuts location is coming to Austin. The donut shop currently has two locations in Pflugerville.
