Phase 1 of Marbella subdivision set to contain 65 homes

0

The Leander Planning and Zoning Commission approved the final plat for the first phase of the Marbella subdivision on Jan. 25.

The commission makes the final decision on subdivision plats, so the approval does not need to be passed by Leander City Council.

The subdivision will be located northeast of the intersection of East Woodview Drive and Raider Way. The phase included 65 single-family lots and parkland, drainage, landscaping, private roads and private access lots on approximately 26.279 acres, according to meeting documents.

Readers may view the plats by opening the meeting documents and learn more about Marbella at www.pacesetterhomestexas.com/new-home-communities.
