Residents of Lake Travis-Westlake have several options on where to cast their votes for the May 7 election for a variety of local positions, from school board members to mayors.

Six candidates will face off for three seats on the Lake Travis ISD board of trustees. More information on each candidate including their background and reason for running is available in this Q&A. Three seats on Lakeway City Council are up for grabs among the six candidates running, each of which are featured in this Q&A. There are also two mayoral races happening for Bee Cave and West Lake Hills. For residents of West Lake Hills wishing to vote in the mayoral election, a ballot must be cast at West Lake Hills City Hall specifically for that race. Other races must be voted on at a separate polling location.

On election day May 7, dozens of polling places will open throughout the county. Polls will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. More information on voting in the election can be found on the county clerk's website.
