Lake Travis ISD trustees William Beard and Bob Dorsett Jr. took their official oath of office during a virtual board meeting May 20.

Beard, who holds Place 6 and Dorsett, who holds Place 7, were both running uncontested, which led LTISD to cancel its previously scheduled school board election.

Both trustees will continue to serve the district for another three-year term, according to information from LTISD.
