Ascent previously partnered with Endeavor in Georgetown on a project known as Georgetown 220, a 220-acre tract sold to Taylor Morrison and M/I Homes in November, according to an Ascent news release.
“We are very excited to be entering into another [joint venture] with Endeavor after the success we had with them in Georgetown earlier this year,” Ascent co-founder Tom Dosch said.
