Fort Worth-based Canyon Ranch will begin construction on a new, $121 million luxury wellness resort near Lake Travis this year, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The details

Per the filing, the 223,700-square-foot build will include guest lodging, a spa, fitness center, a medical clinic, dining and administrative facilities.

While the filing lists 600 Moonlight Bend, Spicewood as the address, the exact location of the property could not be confirmed by Burnet County or a company representative.

Construction is set to begin in August and wrap up in July 2026.
